Dr. Meeta Singh, a board-certified psychiatrist and fellowship trained sleep medicine physician, whose
work is concentrated on the science and application of sleep. Her evidence-based approach integrates
individualized medical, psychiatry and behavioral diagnosis and treatment with coaching to improve
clients’ performance through optimizing their sleep health and mental strength. The end goal is to
attain peak physical and mental performance, enhanced health, and quality of life. Her work integrates
individualized medical, psychiatric, and behavioral diagnosis through one-on-one individualized, group,
and organization-wide coaching.
Dr. Singh’s expertise in sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment was forged in Psychiatry at the Mayo
Clinic and through her dual role as a Physician executive and clinician in Sleep Medicine at the Henry
Ford Sleep Center where she developed their sports medicine service line and served as the Chief of
Service for 15 years.
Today, Dr. Singh continues as a driving voice in providing real-time performance sleep medicine
consulting and performance sleep medicine concierge practice, in addition to being requested as
keynote speaker, educational services (videos, podcast etc.), and as an author to produce integrated
sleep optimization programs tailored to the unique needs and condition of her clients. Her sought
after programs provide real-world experience as she works with World-Class Performance
Organizations to optimize their personal and professional performance.
Dr. Singh serves as a consultant to the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, Olympic and college sports teams, as
well as large organizations, CEOs and C-suite executives; all seeking to optimize their competitive
performance and overall health and wellness. Dr. Singh serves clients with individualized services that
cut through the hype and disinformation about sleep to provide evidence-based guidance to getting
the sleep needed to maximize their performance.
