Dylan Dahlquist serves as the Human Performance Lead Scientist for Booz Allen Hamilton’s R&D group, BrightLabs. In this capacity, he plays a crucial role in spearheading the integration of data pipeline workflows aimed at enhancing human performance. By leveraging cutting-edge analytics sourced from diverse data streams, he helps develop tangible and operationally effective readiness strategies specifically tailored for tactical athletes.

His expertise spans multiple disciplines, encompassing human and environmental physiology, sport biomechanics, nutrition, apparel research and development, and statistical modeling. Dylan’s ability to distill complex performance data into actionable strategies is instrumental in bolstering the resilience and preparedness of athletes.  Prior to his current role, Dylan held notable positions at esteemed organizations such as Red Bull North America, the Canadian Olympic Organization, Herman Miller Gaming, Lululemon Athletica, and the Naval Health Research Center. Across these diverse roles, he gained invaluable experience working with a wide spectrum of individuals, ranging from professional gamers to tactical athletes to world-class athletes.
