Scott Dembowski has been an Active-Duty officer in the Army Medical Specialist Corps as a physical therapist for the last 19 years. He has over 10 years of experience working and leading high performance multi-disciplinary teams in Special Operations and Conventional operational units. For the last five years, he has served as the Director of Human Performance for a USSOCOM unit at Fort Liberty, NC integrating programming encompassing all physical domains across the organization. He is board certified in Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He received his graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2004 with a Master’s in Physical Therapy and completed the US Military-Baylor University Sports Physical Therapy Residency at West Point in 2013, receiving his Doctorate of Science at that time. He currently resides in Southern Pines, NC with his wife, Sarah, and their 3 children, Mason, Christopher, and Marie.
