As Vice President, Corporate Business Development, Wesley Barnett is responsible for the development and growth of Thorne’s Corporate Wellness business.  He also works closely with the Sports Performance Team to manage the business relationships with Thorne’s Sports Performance Clients, including but not limited to:  Olympic Sport Bodies and Organizations and teams as well as athletes at the professional, collegiate and amateur levels.

Wesley has been involved with Olympic sport for over half of his life both as an athlete and an administrator.  He participated as an athlete in the 1992 Barcelona and 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games with his best finish coming in Atlanta where he finished 6th.  After not making the 2000 Olympic Team, he worked in the Sport Performance Division of the USOC for 2 years, before leaving to take on the role as the CEO of USA Weightlifting for the next 5 years. He then returned to the USOPC as a Director in Sport Performance for the next 10 years.

Wesley attended the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication.
