Zach Gregg

Zach Gregg, MS Exercise Physiology, is the Performance Director for Project Echelon Racing, America’s top Continental Professional Cycling Team. Zach uses firsthand experience as a former pro, 3x National Champion, and physiologist to prepare athletes for the demands of the world’s hardest sport, professional cycling. His athletes have obtained national titles in all three road disciplines including Men’s and Women’s U23 Criterium titles and Men’s Road U23 title in 2024.
After injuries ended Zach’s collegiate lacrosse career, he found cycling and quickly fell in love with the competition and training. Wanting to learn more about the physiology of training, he attended Midwestern State University, where he obtained his degree and first national title.Zach published research
